Pre-Order

Throughout different The Comeliness collections, certain items are marked as 'Pre-Order'. This means the specific product is not currently in stock, however you can still order as normal and secure your products before the piece arrives at our warehouse

By purchasing a Pre-Order item, you agree to the following conditions:

Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once purchased. If you are purchasing multiple items together with a Pre-Order piece, we will wait until all items are available in the warehouse before we send them out to you. If you wish to receive your items separately, please place separate orders so that we can send out two parcels at different times.

Good things take time, which means Pre-Order dates are not 100% guaranteed and delays may occur. Rest assured we will ship your purchase to you as soon as it has reached our warehouse. The Comeliness is not liable for any unforeseen delays which may occur if you wish to Pre-Order an item. In the event the Pre-Ordered item does not arrive at our warehouse within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a full refund.
