Refund policy
Please note:
Once an order has entered the system it will begin to be processed immediately so it isn't always possible to change it. Please take care and check your order before finishing.
Refunds
Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason you must return it to the address below and all we ask is the shipping and a handling fee per item will be at your cost. The item MUST be in as new condition. We suggest you have the item tracked as if not received by the warehouse we will not be able to offer a refund.

Please let us know in writing:
- When you made your original purchase.
- The reason for your return.
- Whether you want a refund or exchange.
- If you would like an exchange be sure to state the color you would like and there will be the shipping charge to resend plus a $15 handling fee per item. We will send an invoice once the goods have been received back.
- If you would like a refund, we will credit the card number you used to make your original purchase, excluding the shipping fee and $10 handling costs per item.
Goods returned for replacement or refund must be in the same (new) condition as when they were originally shipped from us, including the Bumpers.
If the goods are damaged you will need to contact us by email or phone before returning. Damaged goods returned without prior contact and agreement with us regarding the circumstances of how the damage occurred may not be accepted.

Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you decide you want to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving it we will replace it or refund you with no reservations. All we ask is that you contact us first and that when returning the product you pay for the postage and a handling fee to cover warehouse charges.
In the case of a damaged item returning it may not be necessary, just contact us on the form provided on this website under the "Contact Us" tab.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
Click & Collect
We offer the option for Click and Collect.
When purchasing the item, choose Click & Collect in the delivery options. Once the order is complete, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know when your order is ready and the collection address.
Please allow that orders placed over the weekend & public holidays are not usually processed until the next business day.
Delivery
The delivery cost for a Single Pack is calculated at checkout and depends on where you are.
Orders will be dispatched the day after the order is received (or the following business day if ordered at the weekend). Delivery time will usually be between one and three days depending on the delivery address. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched with a link to a tracking page. If you do not receive your email it is either because it has been marked as spam or because the address you gave us is incorrect.
Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
